Our Trauma-Informed Mentoring Program provides safe, consistent, and supportive relationships for youth and young adults who have experienced violence, incarceration, or adverse childhood experiences. We understand that trauma impacts behavior, decision-making, and emotional regulation — which is why our mentors are trained to respond with empathy, patience, and structure.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support through basic needs assistance, mental health services, and gun violence reduction initiatives. By tackling the underlying social and economic challenges that limit opportunity, The B.E.S.T. Inc. empowers young people to build resilience, achieve self-sufficiency, and contribute to the sustained growth and safety of their communities.
